Reading and Stem Activity "My Robot"

Our Reading story this week is "My Robot," so I thought it would be a great ideal to include a stem activity of making a Robot. I had the parents to donate items like, aluminum foil, duct tape, boxes, lids, paper towel tubes, toilet paper tubes. The kids had such a wonderful time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Valentine Monster bag

We made Monster Valentine bags. I purchased the bags at the Dollar tree 2-$1.00. The kids had a great time and they turned out so cute!

 

 

 

Presidents

We are studying about Presidents. Yesterday was about Abraham Lincoln. We watched a wonderful You tube direct drawing video and the kids really enjoyed it.

Honest, How tall are you? I measured each student and then we compared our height.

 

 

We also made Abraham Lincoln's log cabin.

When a student leaves your class in the middle of the year, this is really hard on all students. I made this awesome memory book for you to give to the student as a cherish memory.
